Leading Through Coaching

Developing Leaders Who Unlock the Potential of Their People

Equipping managers with the skills and confidence to coach their teams, build trust and create high-performing, empowered workplaces.

Traditional top-down leadership approaches are increasingly giving way to more collaborative and empowering styles of leadership. Today’s employees want to contribute ideas, develop their strengths and take ownership of their work.

Organisations that encourage this approach create more resilient, innovative and engaged teams.

Leading Through Coaching helps people managers develop the skills and mindset needed to adopt a coaching approach to leadership. Through a combination of leadership insight, individual coaching and practical learning, participants gain the confidence to support and develop their teams through effective coaching conversations.

Managers learn how to move beyond simply directing work to empowering their people to grow, perform and succeed.

Why This Programme Matters

Managers have a powerful influence on how people experience work. Leaders who adopt a coaching approach create environments where individuals feel trusted, supported and motivated to perform at their best.

However, many managers have never been taught how to coach effectively. Instead, they rely on directing, advising or solving problems for their team members.

Leading Through Coaching provides managers with the skills and confidence to adopt a coaching mindset — enabling them to ask better questions, support development and unlock the potential within their teams.

This approach strengthens engagement, builds ownership and helps teams grow in confidence and capability.
